Gray Area.

October 5, 2012

Our people must learn to do good by meeting the urgent needs of others; then they will not be unproductive.

~ Titus 3:14

We have made success black and white.

Either you make money or you don’t.
Either you have a house or don’t.
Either you have a decent job or you don’t.

Maybe it isn’t so much about the black and white as it is about the gray.

Maybe it’s about the in-between we miss because we look ahead or behind instead of looking into the present.

Since God is the I Am, than He is this moment.
He is the present.
His presence fills this present moment.
He is the gray area we always miss.

So, what if success actually meant letting go of what benefits us to benefit another? What if success is the gray in-between, the present moment, that we miss and therefore miss God?

The only invest that is never unproductive is that put into another soul in the gray area where we can always find God.
